Most people don’t come to coaching because something is wrong with them. They come because something in their life is ready to change — a career, a relationship with themselves, the way they carry stress and loss — and they want a steady, trained partner for that work.
ICF-Certified Coach
Mental Health Counseling
For when you're doing everything "right" and still feel unsettled. We clarify what actually matters to you — separate from what you've been told should matter — and build a life that reflects it, one deliberate decision at a time.
For leaders and rising leaders who want to sharpen how they show up and how they're known — executive presence, communication, and personal brand — and build the career moves that come with stepping up: a promotion, a pivot, a seat at a bigger table. We use Emotional Intelligence and Gallup Strengths assessments to build both the plan and the presence to get there.
For loss, endings, and the transitions that reshape a life — a death, a divorce, an empty nest, a diagnosis. My background in mental health counseling shapes this work directly: we make room for what you're carrying while helping you find steady footing again.
For burnout, chronic stress, and the habits that keep you running on empty. We work with resilience, sleep, focus, and discipline — including somatic practices — to help you regulate under pressure instead of just pushing through it.
Email a bit about what's going on. I'll reply personally so we can see if it's the right fit.
Together we name what you actually want from coaching, and what progress will look like.
Regular sessions by Zoom or in person — honest conversation, real insight, concrete next steps.
We check progress often and adjust the plan, so the work stays useful to where you actually are.
Email me a bit about what you’re facing and how coaching could help — I’ll respond personally.
